NON CLINICAL PROFESSIONAL
Responsible for the contract management process, including administering and distributing all GHS provider employment agreements and serves as the interface for the GHS contract management system. Provides analytical and administrative support to the Vice President of Clinical Affairs and the Manager of Provider Compensation and Contracting.
Responsible for obtaining and maintaining malpractice coverage for all new providers. Acts as the liaison to the Legal and Treasury Departments with regard to the provision of current contracts and malpractice insurance. Serves as the "point person" in the Department to refer directors and providers to the appropriate resource.
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Associate's Degree- Business, accounting/finance, healthcare administration or legal studies
2 years- Contract administration, healthcare administration, corporate compliance or legal assistant
Specific Acceptable Credentials (if applicable)
In lieu of the Above Minimum Requirements
In lieu of Associate's Degree will accept a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Other Required Experience
General understanding of business contract law and ability to analyze and review contract documents.- Required
Experience with managing and tracking complex documentation in a regulated environment.- Required
