Overview
The Provider Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting provider-related activities such as productivity reporting, compensation administration, market analysis, financial modeling, benchmark analysis, participation in third-party surveys and compensation reviews.

Responsibilities
Completes analysis for provider-related activities and supports other financial and operational tasks as needed.Performs routine/monthly tasks for accurate provider compensation decision making, including financial modeling and benchmark analysis.Conducts special projects related to provider compensation analysis and collaborates with physicians, Directors, and
Senior Leaders to resolve issues.Manages provider compensation activities, including plan updates, bonus payout processing and productivityreporting.Provides expertise in financial computer systems and assists others in understanding provider transaction processing andreporting.Complete national third-party surveys and data requests from third-party consultants. Analyze survey results and make recommendations for range and equity adjustments.General working knowledge of divisional key performance indicators (KPIs) and work relative value units (wRVUs) and how they affect divisional financial performance.Performs other duties as reasonably required or assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 15 credit hours in accounting or closely related course work atan accredited institution
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field EXPERIENCE:Required:
