Responsible for scheduling orientations, preparing and distributing orientation material, conducting surveys, coordinating provider trainings, generating reports, creating spreadsheets and other administrative functions in support of the provider relations team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule orientations for newly contracted providers for assigned line(s) of business
Prepare and distribute orientation information packets by provider specialty for assigned line(s) of business
Conduct quarterly provider surveys on provider liaison department's performance for assigned line(s) of business
Manager provider A0 Report for provider status accuracy and provider start-up utilization
Assist with and coordinate Provider Training and conference events
Prepare test cases and assist in KMEP User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Update templates for dictating providers and coordinate with Transcription Manager
Assist in Provider Newsletter content development and formatting
Assist in SAS provider orientation management
Field incoming telephone calls; assist customers on the phone or direct calls accordingly
Coordinate distribution of materials using company approved vendors in a cost effective manner
Lead/assist in facility management projects as assigned
Generate reports and create spreadsheets for the Manager, Provider Liaisons, Director, Provider Relations and Provider Relations Manager
Maintain Provider Liaison's Outlook calendars for assigned line(s) of business
Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization
