Protein Conversion Lead - C Shift

Job Title: Protein Conversion Lead Person

• Shift C

Location: Protein Conversion Plant

• Broadway, VA

Wednesday 11am- 5pm

Thursday- Saturday 5am- 5:30pm

Pay: $24.55 with Attendance Bonus

Position Summary:

Individual will be responsible for leading the department and assisting supervisor in daily operations of the Protein Conversion plant

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Supervisor/Lead Person experience preferred

• Must have at least 5 years of Protein Conversion Experience

Skill Summary:

• Must be able to drive a straight gear truck

• Willing to learn to operate all systems and machinery and make quick decisions

• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed

• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude

• Excellent attendance(4 points or less), safety and work record

• Ability to work without direct supervision
