You will lead individuals and teams or multiple groups and play an active role in analyzing project goals, and creating a plan to achieve those goals and then driving team members, customer stakeholders/subject-matter-experts and potentially other third-parties to achieve those goals while understanding the environment and limitations to execution.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
15 years of security management experience, law enforcement, or military experience conducted in global locations.
10 years of experience managing security technology groups and subject matter experts in security technologies that design and implement customized solutions.
Ability to work non-standard hours and travel domestically/internationally as required.
15 years of relevant work experience within the security technology space.
Experience analyzing intelligence and threat reports to determine the risk level to a location, event or person so that resources can be scoped appropriately
Experience managing members of a specialized security team
Experience with Physical Access Control Systems, Video Management Systems, Advanced Telephony, IoT/Cyber standards and specifications for Physical Security Devices and TSCM
Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
Strong communication, highly organized, exceptional attention to detail, services skills, and able to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and customer
Manage the technical incident response program (e.g. incident management, playbook automation, evaluate current procedures, practices and precedents for accomplishing the teams activities and functions relative to security). Make and carry out recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate on the identification, design, development and deployment of technological solutions for one-off requirements (e.g. mobile security alarms and monitoring systems, residential security and network systems, radio systems, satellite technology, GPS tracking).
Support penetration testing, red-teaming, contract negotiations and execution; vendor sourcing, onboarding, financial/budget management, development of strategic business case, budgeting forecasts, Key Performance Indicator Metrics, mitigate financial risks and increase ROI.
Serve as a liaison to executives and stakeholders for all matters regarding resourcing, training and risk.
Develop strong relationships with domestic/international stakeholders and private sector peers to identify best practices.
