About the Role

iCapital is seeking an Associate or Assistant Vice President, Proposals Writer, to join our growing Global Proposal Management team. The person in this role will take charge of crafting compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other client inquiries. This role will help build a centralized RFP and proposal process globally. This position will develop and build strong cross-functional relationships with Business Development, Legal, Compliance, Finance, InfoSec, Product and other subject matter experts. This role requires excellent writing skills, ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has proposal experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling responses for assigned proposals tailoring content to address client pain points and showcase the company's unique value proposition.

• Review and edit proposal responses for consistency and compliance.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders, to gather necessary information for proposals.

• Independently solicit feedback from subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to refine and enhance proposal drafts.

• Work closely with marketing to ensure brand consistency through proposal development.

• Contribute to a comprehensive content library to streamline future proposal efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-7 years of relevant professional experience required

• Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating strong initiative, and problem-solving skills

• Track record of successfully managing complex RFP responses from inception to submission, resulting in wins and revenue growth

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and compelling manner

• Fluency with RFP software, preferably Responsive/RFPio

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $140,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
