RS&H is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its Transportation-Infrastructure Practice to support our South Central Region (SCR) offices in Texas. This position reports direct to the SCR Region Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Coordinator should be passionate about pursuit success, which strengthens the RS&H brand by supporting areas related to our client communication and marketing activities. The position will be responsible for significant customer focus that support Practice marketing, business development and sales initiatives through proposals, presentations, qualifications packages, and other marketing collateral. Internal coordination with our technical, marketing, and communications teams will be common, and will require excellent organizational, oral, and presentation skills to execute all assignments.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Providing printing, binding, and production-related support for proposal materials
Collecting and preparing general information for staff resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate information for client submittals and presentations
Knowledge of TxDOT proposal process, including PTC, HUB, NLC, and Q&R forms is preferred
Reviewing technical content to ensure it satisfies all client RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and company brand and writing guidelines
Supporting client presentation and PowerPoint slide preparation support for win themes, content, and graphics
Supporting our defined QA/QC procedures for all marketing materials developed, including proofreading and editing materials for readability and compliance
Providing support to project managers, client management teams, and senior marketing team members by collaborating and contributing to marketing tasks
Supporting applicable pre-marketing and strategy discussion and research, including capture planning for key pursuits
Supporting market research within the A/E/C industry, to include competitor materials and client trends
Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years of relevant marketing experience in the A/E/C or related industry
Knowledge of researching, developing, and producing proposals, presentations, and other materials
Knowledge of TxDOT processes and the various Texas municipal clients preferred
Proficiency in basic marketing, communication, and proposal layout processes
Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills
Excellent ability to strategize and incorporate win themes and differentiators
Collaborative work style and highly-motivated with strong drive to succeed
Ability to coordinate multiple marketing tasks simultaneously
Ability to travel in support of various pursuits
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Microsoft Office knowledge (Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Adobe knowledge (Acrobat and InDesign)
Deltek Vision experience is a plus
