Proposal Manager

If you are a detail-oriented, proactive proposal professional with advanced written and verbal communication skills, we want to meet you!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading marketing and proposal-related efforts for all stages of pursuits (qualifications, RFQs, RFPs and presentations, award submittals, as necessary)
• Coordination and production of proposals submitted as a prime and subconsultants, including teaming outreach
• Marketing support activities, such as awards submissions and presentations
• Management and creation of content for staff and project qualifications
• Business development efforts including assistance with research, coordinating and registering for networking events, award ceremonies, and conferences

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing in AEC, professional services, or a related industry preferred
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with an eye for the little details
• Proficiency with InDesign and a working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop and Illustrator

• Excellent communication, organizational and collaborative skills
• Ability to work efficiently, manage and meet deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy, including editing and typography
• Creativity and the ability to conceptualize graphic solutions
• Ability to quickly learn (and improve) office practices, database, filing system, firm standards, etc.
