Job Requirements:

• Versatile wordsmith and a smart business writer who can adapt to style, master a variety of subjects, and convey both its essence and details in persuasive prose, all the while telling our story in a concise and creative format.

• Finely tuned ability to present ideas clearly, compellingly, and simply; can join a discussion and extract the most significant information and action items; can synthesize information into a concise format.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of public relations and familiarity with designing public relations / communications campaigns, programs, and strategies

• Understanding of the RFP process, including the ability to interpret and organize RFP response, components, and compliance.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency under tight and shifting time pressures; can fluidly pivot to address pressing matters at a moment's notice.

• Professional, executive presence with strong communications and presentation skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of people and audiences; agility and versatility to stretch across client sectors, and the ability to effectively present work to colleagues and clients.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of writing experience in public relations, crisis communications, strategic communications, marketing and/or branding, research, and/or business development, demonstrating a range of styles and formats, is required.

• Prior proposal writing experience in a public relations agency or professional services environment is strongly preferred.

Great proposals are essential to our success. American Dining Creations is hiring for an experienced strategist to join our Corporate Marketing Team. The position requires someone who will bring outstanding creative, organizational, and interpersonal skills to support our teams through challenging requirements and cover demanding schedules. This position will lead proposal efforts in collaboration with marketing to pursuit project management leadership, and develop quality Statement of Qualifications, Proposals, Capacity Statements, and marketing materials.

Job Description:

• Manage RFP and proposal development efforts end-to-end.

• Researches and presents concepts to internal partners.

• Work collaboratively with sales, field operations, technical and support teams to provide and manage the development of marketing and pursuit materials, paying strict focus to timelines and deadlines.

• Write and edit proposal content and participate in proposal reviews to confirm materials stay on message, meet client requirements, and adhere to a firmwide style and branding guidelines.

• Schedule and facilitate go/no-go meetings, proposal kickoff meetings, strategic solutioning sessions, as well as shortlist RFP prep meetings as needed.

• Lead the development of graphics, including organizational charts, infographics and presentations with visuals that support strategic messaging.

• Plan, coordinate and execute production of final proposals and presentations ensuring strategic and grammatical accuracy above all else.

• Oversee the closing of project deliverables.

• Support internal/external communications.

• Attend professional associations, conferences, and build professional networks.
