You are knowledgeable about work environment conditions and you care about making sure that the office runs smoothly, which includes keeping supplies in stock, working with vendors, meeting support, making sure the facilities are clean, orderly, and safe. You are a strong communicator and a good listener and you enjoy collaborating with employees to provide excellent customer service. You are detail orientated from ordering the correct type of break and copy room supplies to approving invoices, making sure every detail is right is crucial to your work. You are analytical and review expenses and question how you can help the company save money and reduce expenses.

The Proposal Analysts collaborates with operational team and other proposal development team members to develop and support quality proposal outputs and processes. Analyzes and responds to client requests, including pricing estimates and proposal follow-up. Develops, measures, and analyzes proposal data and continually improves processes. What will you be doing?

  • Reviews client requests to identify key proposal-related information such as cost drivers and information gaps requiring client follow-up.

  • Conducts cross-functional team meetings to ensure clear understanding of client needs and expectations.

  • Interacts with proposal development and scientific operational teams to ensure essential bid information is accurate, complete, and integrated into the bidding system.

  • Works with operational, legal, financial, and business development staff to build and maintain proposal documents that can include budget file, text documents, and other items as required.

  • Manages multi-step proposal development projects and meets timelines for deliverables. Able to identify when timelines are in jeopardy, and seeks management assistance where appropriate.

  • Uses appropriate support and tools to identify issues that would put a proposal at risk and takes appropriate action, including escalation.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What do you need to have?

  • 0-2 years professional experience.

  • Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required.

  • Undergraduate degree or international equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in proposal development, finance, auditing, purchasing, procurement, or contract administration areas and/or prior experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical, Research or CRO industries

  • Educational Background in science, business and/or medical fields are preferred

  • Laboratory background, particularly bioanalytical and/or various large-molecule analysis platforms.

Location: * Lenexa, KS Work Hours/Shift: * Full time; Rotating schedule, two days on, two days off (Monday-Friday 8am-8pm), alternate weekends (required to work every other weekend, hours are 8am-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays), and some holidays You Will Be Responsible For: * Drives customer service initiatives by creating and owning the patient experience * Performs properly and legibly documents and reports all procedures and assessments in accordance with department policy. * Utilizing age-specific guidelines, assesses patient during clinical check-in, documents pertinent medical information and vital signs. Completes forensic testing collections in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Florida Drug Free Workplace Guidelines. This may include urine drug screens, blood/breath alcohol testing, oral fluids and hair testing.
