Job Description Job Description The Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in supporting business operations through administrative tasks, managing maintenance staff schedules, addressing staff issues, and providing courteous and professional direct interaction with prospective and current clients (Tenants & Owners). This role interfaces with every unit of the business and is key to achieving effective communication across the organization. COMPENSATION Compensation $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Health Insurance Holiday and Sick pay Simple IRA Employer 2% Key Responsibilities:
Support business operations through various administrative tasks. Manage maintenance staff schedules and address any staff issues that arise. Supervise and manage the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Provide direct, courteous, and professional interaction with tenants and owners. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
Facilitate effective communication across all units of the business. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and quality. Required Qualifications:
MUST HAVE - Management Experience. (3 Years Minimum) Experience managing staff (3 or more) Have basic maintenance knowledge. Familiar with Fair Housing, regulations, and laws. Ability to create estimates and proposals.
Exceptional writing and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail. Strong staff managerial and scheduling skills.
