Property Manager

Job Description Job Description We are looking for an organized, self-starter to manage two mobile home parks in Illinois. This position requires visiting the properties on a regular basis to check on the looks of the parks and pick up payments from the drop boxes.

Job duties include but are not limited to: collecting and posting rent payments, sending late notices, sending violation notices, showing homes for sale or lots to be filled, handling tenant calls and solving problems, being in contact with vendors and contractors. Most contacts are handled by email or phone calls. Manager is also responsible for overseeing maintenance of the properties and working with the maintenance man that works at both properties as well.
