Job Description:

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential property in Timber Ridge. This includes managing tenant relations, ensuring the property is well-maintained, and handling any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and complaints

• Ensure the property is well-maintained and in compliance with all regulations

• Handle any issues that arise, such as maintenance requests or lease violations

• Collect rent and other fees from tenants

• Market the property to potential tenants and conduct tours

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including budgets and expense reports

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance

• Enforce lease agreements and handle evictions if necessary

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Knowledge of local and state regulations related to property management

• Ability to work independently and make decisions

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
