Property Manager

Apartment Property Manager Steve Brown Apartments, a leader in Madison's rental market since 1980, is looking for driven yet humble leaders who are ready to join our management team at the on-site level. What You'll Do All Day.

Property Managers are a jack of all trades: you'll spend a good portion of your day having fun and building connections as you lead your on-site team and assist prospects and residents. You'll also juggle budget, facilities, turnover projects, meet with vendors, negotiate contract terms, maintain property and employee standards, manage move-in and move-out, handle customer service needs, and build a team of talent through coaching & training. People who do best in this role are strong leaders who are excellent communicators, have outgoing and genuine personalities, are motivated by results, and are a little competitive. You'll need to be customer focused, highly organized, and able to delegate. We require a high-school diploma and five years of industry experience, or a bachelor's degree and two years industry experience for this leadership position.

Lucky, Regent/Suburbs, and Downtown. We're currently hiring for the Downtown Madison team. As a full-time employee, you'll work Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility for extended hours or weekends as needed.
