Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties
• Manage tenant relations and address any concerns or complaints

Requirements

• Proven experience as a property manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of property management and real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid real estate license or property management certification
