The firm is seeking an energetic and dynamic person to manage a downtown DC office building.
The ideal candidate will be creative, professional, organized, possess excellent customer service skills and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager located in Washington, DC. The position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies and regulations. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Knowledge of property management regulations and leasing practices Experience in overseeing property maintenance and inspections Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting Yardi experience is a plus 2-3 years of property management experience
