We are looking for a Property Manager to lead operations at Mercy Greenbrae/Marylhurst Commons, a 100-unit affordable property with family-sized apartments opening in Spring 2024 in Lake Oswego, OR.

Pay: $27.00-31.00/hour DOE

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Operations: Leading site staff, overseeing building operations, and ensuring efficient property management.
Customer Service and Resident Relations: Providing excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns, and fostering positive resident relations.
Financial Management: Managing property budgets, rent collections, leasing activities, and ensuring compliance with financial requirements.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws.
Minimum Qualifications of Position
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws.
Experience being accountable for financials.
Preferred Qualifications of Position
Professional certification in property or affordable housing management.
Minimum two (2) years of administrative, accounting, customer service, and/or supervisory experience.
Previous housing or property management experience including HUD, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties.
Knowledge and Skills
Comprehend and communicate in the English language both orally and in writing.
Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license).
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
