Property Operations: Manage daily operations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet company standards. Tenant Relations:

Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing complaints, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction. Leasing and Marketing: Coordinate marketing efforts to attract prospective tenants, conduct property showings, and manage lease agreements.

Financial Management: Oversee property budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely collection of rent payments. Maintenance Oversight:

Schedule regular property inspections, coordinate repairs, and ensure all maintenance issues are promptly resolved. Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and contractors, negotiate service agreements, and monitor contract compliance.

Compliance: Ensure all properties adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. Transaction Coordination : Manage real estate transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant documentation, communication, and coordination among clients, agents, lenders, and escrow officers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) 2 years of property management experience in residential, single-family properties Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi) Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Familiarity with local regulations and property laws in Georgia
