Property Manager

Description

We are seeking an individual to oversee the management of residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants

• Meet with potential tenants and show properties

• Process rental applications to include employment, credit, and background checks

• Maintain a positive relationship with tenants by responding to issues and requests

• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards

• Prepare and maintain all records and correspondence

• Track and approve time for company maintenance and construction personnel

• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses

• Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations

Candidate must be well-organized, detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a high level of customer and personal service, professionalism, and confidentiality. Must have previous property management or related experience. Previous experience with Quickbooks a plus. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with availability to take calls after hours as needed.
