Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (Weekends as needed) HH Staffing is seeking a Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team Job Description: Market available units, show properties to prospective tenants, and negotiate lease agreements.

Address tenant concerns, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly. Ensure timely rent collection, enforce late payment policies, and manage rent-related disputes. Schedule and oversee regular maintenance tasks such as landscaping, cleaning, HVAC servicing, and inspections.

Coordinate and manage repairs for plumbing, electrical, structural, and other property issues. Monitor expenses, including maintenance, utilities, and administrative costs, to maintain profitability. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws in all operations.

Advertise and market vacant properties using online platforms, signage, and other tools. Maintain detailed records of leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, and tenant communications. Oversee large-scale projects, including property renovations, upgrades, or expansions.

Position Requirements: CAM Certification (Preferred). Experience with Resman & Elise CRM, or Yardi (Preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
