Job Responsibilities:

Overall success of an apartment community
Maintain occupancy and budget
Provide outstanding customer service to Residents and guests
Oversee the Leasing team and Service Supervisor

Requirements

To be a top candidate:

Must have at least 3 years of Property Management experience
Have excellent sense of time management
Be self motivated by the success of others
Be business minded, goal oriented, and lead by example
