Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE:HPP) is looking for a Property Manager for our commercial office properties in Downtown LA to oversee the management of the property, including building operations and administration, tenant relations, leasing, and budget/financial reporting.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and review budgets, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, timelines, and meets property management and accounting reporting requirements.

  • Analyze and interpret budgets, leases and related documents.

  • Manage staff, work environment, morale and conflict resolution.

  • Develop effective working relationships with vendors, contractors and tenants.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and a self-starter with superb verbal and written communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills. Must have proficiency in Excel, as well as creating and running financial reports.

MRI experience a plus. Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred with five years of experience in commercial property management with an in-depth and hands-on understanding of property management systems and processes.
