Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE:HPP) is looking for a Property Manager for our commercial office properties in Downtown LA to oversee the management of the property, including building operations and administration, tenant relations, leasing, and budget/financial reporting.
Other responsibilities include:
Prepare and review budgets, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, timelines, and meets property management and accounting reporting requirements.
Analyze and interpret budgets, leases and related documents.
Manage staff, work environment, morale and conflict resolution.
Develop effective working relationships with vendors, contractors and tenants.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and a self-starter with superb verbal and written communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills. Must have proficiency in Excel, as well as creating and running financial reports.
MRI experience a plus. Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred with five years of experience in commercial property management with an in-depth and hands-on understanding of property management systems and processes.
