Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Manage day-to-day operations for a 300-unit LIHTC community.

• Coach, train, and develop a team, including maintenance and leasing staff.

• Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets.

• Adhere to all compliance regulations and housing laws.

• Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction.

• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Yardi preferred.

• Communication Skills: Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication.
