Property Manager

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day business.

Attract and educate new tenants. Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion. Supervise maintenance personnel.

Enforce property community policy. Maintenance tenant files in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Operate in the property's best business interest.

Qualifications: Previous experience in property management or other related fields Ability to build rapport with tenants. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be detailed oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
