A close client of ours is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their property portfolio, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants and property owners alike. This role involves handling everything from tenant relations to property maintenance coordination, ensuring compliance with property laws and guidelines, and managing budgets to maximize property profitability . Benefits and Pay Range: $55,000-$80,000 Competitive benefits package Responsibilities and Duties: Manage daily activities, including tenant relations, property inspections, and maintenance scheduling.

Collaborate with the team to maintain high occupancy rates and address tenant needs promptly. Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and collections, ensuring compliance with property policies. Coordinate property repairs, improvements, and vendor services to uphold property standards.
