Hire, train and develop community personnel.

Develop and adhere to community operations budget.

Ability to analyze and make decisions based on current market trends and conditions.

Maintain physical and aesthetic characteristics of the community to ensure optimal appearance and curb appeal.

Interface with internal and external customers while providing superior customer service.

We are currently recruiting for experienced Market Rate Property Managers in Pittsburg, PA. The Property Manager maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, maintaining and securing premises, balance property lease terms and expirations, achieve monthly leasing goals and conduct market surveys. The Property Manager must be knowledgeable with budgets to maintain operational fiscal control.



Qualifications:

3-5 years of previous property management experience with a focus on retention

Previous experience with property management Yardi software a plus.

Ability to communicate well with residents.

Proficient with Microsoft Office components.

Ability to navigate and conduct Internet research.

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Minimum of Associates degree preferred.

Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.

Must pass background checks.

Previous experience leasing-up a new property strongly preferred!

Salary commensurate with experience.

Benefit package including but not limited to: medical, dental, paid time off, 401(k).

Other Pay: Quarterly Bonus Program

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Practice safe food handling procedures at all times. * Serves customers at the deli counter by listening to the request and obtaining the desired product. * Accurately scales all weighable products, including the use of correct tares & codes to determine price. * Sets up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counter and tables to promote sales. * Check and verify receivables for amount, quality, count or weight, condition and store in appropriate areas. * Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines. * Train others to perform all department activities and functions. * Manage the selection, scheduling, and supervision of others to meet or exceed departmental productivity levels as delegated by department manager. * Have familiarity with all products carried in the department; know differences in price, taste, preparation, use etc. * Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory control to ensure freshness, product quality and turnover. * Maintain a clean, attractive and well stocked department. * Follow all HAACP guidelines * Proper merchandising including culling, rotation, quality control and COOL signage * Ordering product and verification of daily Br Data receiving matching to invoice as applicable * All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
