Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the community's overall wellbeing and office/maintenance team productivity.

• Handle prospective and current resident concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.

• Manage the yearly budget, code and pay invoices, and complete monthly reports.

• Monitor team performance, meet goals, and ensure a smooth leasing process.

Qualifications:

• Onsite apartment property management experience.

• Familiarity with property management software.

• Fair Housing knowledge.

• Conflict management experience.

• Reliable transportation, strong work ethic, and a team player attitude.

• Willingness to assist with community projects and follow directions.

• Maintain a friendly, customer service-oriented approach with co-workers and customers.
