Property Manager

Our client, a telecommunications company based in Woburn, MA, is seeking a Property Manager to join the team on a temporary basis. The Property Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value of the company's real estate portfolio by managing projects and maintaining strong relationships with property owners. This role involves coordinating projects, ensuring smooth property operations, and working cross-functionally with teams in Property Management, Leasing, Legal, and Finance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills and have experience managing customer relations and property-related projects. This is a hybrid, full time role paying $27 an hour for at least six months. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration. Job Responsibilities: Facilitate customer projects, managing logistics, scheduling, and document distribution. Conduct warm calls to properties under agreement to introduce and confirm land rights. Track and update property data in Salesforce. Provide exceptional customer service and connect inquiries with the appropriate internal teams. Collaborate with internal teams to align property owner interactions with company goals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners or their designees. Perform other duties as assigned. Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in customer service and project management. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams at various levels. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with legal documents, including real estate leases, is preferred.
