Property Manager

Banyan Living, a leading property management company focused on enhancing resident experiences and providing staff growth opportunities, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our multi-family properties. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring efficient and effective management.
• Manage property finances, including budgeting, rent collection, and vendor communications.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs to enhance the community experience.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure a high standard of service.
• Conduct regular inspections of property grounds and units to uphold property standards.
• Respond to resident concerns and requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with property management software, preferably Yardi Voyager.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
