Property Management/Real Estate Intern

Job Overview:

As a Property Management Intern you'll be shadowing and working along side our City Line Division.

Your Responsibilities:

• Shadow Managers on various portfolios of condominium and cooperative properties.

• Assist managers with management reports.

• Work with Property Managers on day-to-day tasks in various platforms (Connect, MDS, AvidXchange).

• Communicate with residents and vendors to schedule appointments.

• Create arrears and shareholder letters, memos, and other correspondence.

• Assist with resident building inquiries.

• Create and maintain spreadsheets.

• Assist with board meetings and package preparation.

• Ensure building documents are organized and accurate.

• Participate in building site visits.

• May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems.

• Assist with electronic filing and scanning.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have superior verbal and written communications skills and proven customer service exposure.

• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and display efficiency.

• Must be extremely organized, consistent, and flexible and adaptable to change.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and Windows environment necessary.

• Previous internship experience a plus.

• Rising junior or senior pursing a Bachelor's Degree in related field.

• Program starts June 10th and lasts 9 weeks. Must be available minimum Monday-Thursday, 9-5.

• Must be in the office (no remote work).

Compensation:

$16 / hour
