Job Description Job Description As Communications Director & Utilities Coordinator, your role will involve overseeing all communications related to property management operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey information to tenants, property owners, utility providers and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include: Responding to inquiries and resolving concerns from tenants, property owners and utility providers. Managing internal communications within the property management team.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Coordinating with utility companies to set up and manage accounts for properties. Automating and systematizing the billing and payment process for utility bills Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in property management communications.
Creating and maintaining communication channels such as newsletters, social media platforms, and websites. Analyzing communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as experience in Property Management operations.
Additionally, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
