Property Coordinator works with the Realty team to ensure that rentals including homes and commercial space are ready and available for rental in accordance with move-in schedules. Performs and complete basic repairs, as well as coordinate construction, demolition, and repair projects in tandem with Realty Staff. The Property Technician will also be responsible to maintain condition of equipment and appliances for units as well as purchase supplies in accordance with budget guidelines.

Job Requirements: Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job: Combination of post-secondary education in business or related field and/or experience in property management or related field to equal 4 years.

Must be willing to be on call and take emergency calls after standard working hours. HVAC certification preferred. Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs.

Ability to walk several acres to inspect sites and properties. Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal codes, laws and regulations preferred. Knowledge of property management practices and procedures.

Experience with spreadsheets, and electronic mail software. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valid Class D driver's license required with good driving record.
