Property Maintenance Technician - De Pere, WI

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities used by the organization.

Other responsibilities are, Cleaning, maintaining, repairing, or making recommendations on building maintenance throughout the refrigerated warehouse and terminal.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform routine maintenance such as: replacing light bulbs, filters, supplies, etc.

• Perform light cleaning duties in the warehouse and driver terminals such as: sweeping warehouse floor, shampooing carpets, picking up litter around the premises, changing garbage, etc.

• Ensuring the upkeep of building exterior structures, foundation, roof, walls, doors, and windows.

• Shoveling and salting as needed.

• Maintaining dock doors, loading docks and seals.

• Recommend additional services to management to prevent unnecessary breakdowns or costs.

• Light handyman duties including, but not limited to fixing/replacing odds and ends, hanging decor, and painting.

• Perform Preventive Maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC units.

• Record/report scheduled tasks in logbook.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; required.

Experience:

• 1 plus years of maintenance, required.

• Some Janitorial experience is a plus.

• 1 plus years of sit-down forklift experience; preferred
