Job Description Job Description Job description: Property Maintenance Manager JOB SUMMARY As a Property Maintenance Manager with Renshaw Company Realtors, you will be responsible for managing a team of coordinators, inspection specialists, and vendors to ensure the maintenance and inspection of a large portfolio of single family and multi-family properties.

Responsibilities Ensure a positive owner and tenant experience through the consistent management of a dedicated office and field team Qualify incoming work orders by asking exploratory questions regarding the maintenance concern via distance troubleshooting Utilize a team to dispatch service through the preferred vendor network while consulting property specific instructions Oversee the tracking of work order statuses through team delegation until services are complete. Support property turn process to ensure limited property vacancy Compare invoices to the requested work and estimated expense to address discrepancies, ensuring full repair completion and proper billing Review the vendors quality of work, value of relationship, and hold vendors accountable for service issues Supervise the scheduling and performing routine inspections of property in the portfolio with coordination from the leasing team Recruit new vendors and promote lasting relationships with current vendors Evaluate goal metrics to ensure department efficiency Requirements Positive, up-beat attitude; strong ethics and a strong sense of responsibility Great troubleshooting experience: understand the problem, be able to walk customers through the issue, and utilize troubleshooting materials when needed Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Meticulous attention to detail Team leadership experience, including training and delegation Repair work and oversight experience Relevant licenses and certificates may be required depending on extent of duties Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred PREFERRED ABILITIES Ability to speak fluent Spanish, preferred 2 years of experience in property management and / or real estate 4 years of experience in property maintenance 2 years sales experience JOB TYPE: Full-time WORK LOCATION: Corporate Office Monday

  • Friday 8am

  • 5pm BASE PAY: Salary - $61,000 to $76,000 annually.
