Responsibilities

Full Time Inspector needed for homeowners association property (HOA) management company.

Job duties will include

• Driving properties throughout area,

• Documenting property code violations per restrictions per neighborhood.

• Follow up to ensure items have been resolved

• Use of electronics to create reports and take pictures

• Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.

• Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.

• Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.

Compensation is per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

Pay and Benefits:

$ 18.00 - $20.00 hour depending on education and experie
