Property Groundskeeper

Picks up litter on grounds and waters lawn, shrubs and flowers as needed. Maintains watering and drainage systems.

Assists in inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies. One to three months related on the job experience or training. Must be well organized and a self-starter who can work efficiently with little supervision.
