  • Perform on-site and virtual inspection of damages within regional territory

  • Document all claim activity to support the claim file

  • Comply with all internal and external reporting requirements

  • Create high level of policyholder satisfaction by complying with standards for timeliness of contact, follow-up, payments, and Unfair Claim Practice Act

  • Perform other related job duties as directed or needed, such as providing on-call duty and immediate response and service in emergency and catastrophe situations

  • Utilize computerized software applications for writing and reviewing building damage estimates

  • Will consider candidates with: Military, College Graduates and experience in other areas of insurance, i.e. Auto, General Liability or a construction related background

  • 1 years of first party commercial & residential property (structures) claim estimating preferred

  • Demonstrated high level of performance in current or past roles

  • Experience writing structural damage estimates using computerized software applications preferred, Xactimate is a plus

  • Proficiency in construction estimating and repair techniques a plus

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Computer literacy and strong keyboard skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills\

  • Ability to be available for catastrophe (CAT) deployment, oftentimes on short or limited notice, as a condition of employment

  • Lifting requirement of 40-50 pounds and ability to climb up on roofs to inspect damage

  • Must be willing to be located in Metro Denver and the surrounding areas to include East and SE Denver

  • As a condition of your employment, you are required to reside in your assigned territory.

General Description: The primary directive for the VP Retirement Plan Services is to convert existing USI benefit and P&C clients' DC plans to a USICG service platform. This individual will also consult with clients on issues such as plan design, provider capabilities, fees, compliance and product developments, in addition to being responsible for overall relationship management with a special focus on client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities: * Lead new business expansion by identification of profitable cross-sell opportunities, develop USI producer relationships, direct USI client outreach, engage strategic partners and execute marketing campaigns. * Administer multiple facets of the sales process, including: phone calls, coordination of meetings, creation of presentations and support materials, follow-up tasks, etc. * Acquire provider proposals by gathering plan data and other required information. * Perform analytical review of proposals, including pricing and product service capabilities, as well as collaborate with department head in determining final presentations. * Coordinate delivery of periodic plan reviews. * Work with product providers to implement any necessary plan or service modifications. * Manage and retain assigned book of business. * Measure service quality and ensure that client deliverables are met on an ongoing basis. * Complete other duties or tasks as may be necessary.
