Job Summary

The Property Book Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the property accountability performed at Fort Campbell. The Property Book Supervisor will be the primary Contractor POC through which the site PBO/Responsible Officer (RO) will coordinate Government requirements.

Essential Responsibilities

  1. Supervision of allocated personnel resources.
  2. Primary customer interface through an assigned Property Book Officer/ Responsible Officer (RO) Customer satisfaction.
  3. Contractual and corporate compliance of work performed.
  4. Planning, organization and execution or all property accountability and asset visibility activities.
  5. Schedules and monitors operations.
  6. Providing direction and guidance as required.
  7. Individual training / certification programs.
  8. Implementation and maintenance of corporate initiatives
  9. Maintains quality systems corporate values and ethics.
  10. Individual performance goals, and reviews
  11. Inventory preparations, conduct, documentation, and reporting.
  12. Compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines.
  13. Operates and maintains tactical and non-tactical equipment.
  14. Maintain a consistent data integrity rate of 90% of all transactions conducted.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands

Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must posses planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must have at least 5 years of Army property supervising experience.

  • Must be highly skilled with PBUSE/G-Army.

  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of supply program relationships, concepts and methodologies pertaining to Supply/Property Book Accountability and supply areas of logisticsoperations.

  • Experience at the Division property book level required.

  • Must have or be able to obtain licenses/certifications as needed to perform duties.

  • Must have a valid and current state driver's license.

  • Must be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle

  • Must be able to complete paperwork associated with the position as required

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, complex environment

  • Must possess basic computer skills

  • Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

  • May need the ability to obtain and maintain a government Common Access Card (CAC)

  • Position may require travel.

  • Ability to work in a team environment
