The Property Asset Manager Archibus will oversee the implementation and support of the Archibus system and work with Division/Command staff to ensure oversight and timeliness of repairs and maintenance to Salvation Army facilities within the central 11 states. Provide recommendations/support for capital replacement and improvement and assist the Territorial Property Secretary in directing, coordinating, monitoring, reviewing and recommending requests for capital renewal items relative to Salvation Army properties:
Coordinate the development and deployment of the Archibus system and provide training on the use and implementation of the Archibus facility operations software throughout the Central Territory.
Oversee the territorial implementation and act as primary liaison with the selected implementation partner.
Provide system technical support of modules approved for use in the territory.
Oversee Archibus software upgrades and coordinate Archibus software compliance with the Territorial IT Department.
Oversee the monitoring and completion of work orders, routine and non-routine maintenance, repairs, and finishes at The Salvation Army (TSA) facilities to ensure the Archibus system is being fully utilized.
Liaison with Divisions/Commands on the utilization of the Archibus software.
Assist Divisions/Commands in the development of Capital budgets for the replacement of equipment.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance protocols and subsequent handbook for use throughout the territory. Assist in preparation of property department manuals and contracts as requested by the Territorial Property Secretary.
Develop and implement facility maintenance standards to ensure data integrity and security, appropriate controls, programming standards and documentation standards.
Oversee the development and schedule of webinars and seminars for training.
Build and maintain Archibus sample databases for training exercises and effectively conduct group meetings via teleconference platforms.
Ensure proper preventative maintenance schedules are established and maintained at the Division/Command and unit level.
Perform Bi-Annual Quality Audits of selected facilities to better ensure operational expectations.
Coordinate review and compliance of TSA facilities documenting adherence to completed Associate Reserve studies (where available). Assist in identifying capital replacement needs of TSA units.
5 years' experience in Facilities Management; experience with sports fields and outdoor facilities maintenance a plus.
Working knowledge of Archibus or equivalent computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software.
