Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance coverage and defense matters. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Assist with deposition preparation and conduct depositions of witnesses. Handle court appearances and argue motions before state and federal courts. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on insurance-related issues.

Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex litigation cases. Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and tasks effectively. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Florida State Bar; additional state admissions a plus. 2-6 years of experience in insurance litigation, preferably focusing on property and casualty insurance. Strong understanding of insurance coverage issues; experience in bad faith insurance matters is desirable. Excellent academic credentials, including strong writing and analytical skills.
