Description

Summary:

We are seeking talented, motivated, sales oriented, quota driven candidates who possess their 20-44 Property and Casualty licence and EZLynx CRM experience, to join our fast growing Insurance Agency. The selected individuals must be self-motivated, hardworking, reliable, experienced with personal lines and be highly ethical.

These positions will entail all responsibilities involved with the day to day activities of a Property and Casualty Lines Sales Insurance Agent.

Duties and

Responsibilities:

  • Selling Auto, Home and other personal lines products to individuals and families within an assigned territory using consultative sales techniques
  • Contacting customers using established lead methodologies for new business
  • Exceeding sales goals for volume of new business quoted
  • Selling complex coverage per underwriting guidelines for multiple states with multiple carriers
  • Selling within different carriers niche markets by quickly assessing the correct risk for per client.

Minimum Position

Requirements:

  • This position requires a current Florida 220 Property and Casualty General Lines or a 2044 Personal Lines License
  • Must have a minimum of 2, but preferably 3-5 years of proven track record insurance sales experience.
  • Organizational skills and effective time management is required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers in order to tailor insurance coverage specific to their needs, and potential exposures
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills/team player
  • Must be computer literate-Proficient in MS Office products and EZLynx.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Spanish a plus
