Property Accountant

Pinpoint Talent has an immediate opportunity for a Senior / Property Accountant.

As our client’s Senior / Property Accountant, you will oversee financial activities for a portfolio of commercial properties, utilizing Yardi Voyager software to track transactions, reconcile CAM charges, and prepare financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

~ Top Requirements of the Senior / Property Accountant ~

• Experience with Yardi Voyager
• Knowledge of CAM reconciliations
• Previous experience in commercial and property accounting

~ What You'll Do as a Senior / Property Accountant ~

• Manage accounting for commercial properties, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Utilize Yardi Voyager to track transactions and analyze property performance.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
• Conduct CAM reconciliations and address billing inquiries from tenants.
• Support budgeting processes and assist in year-end audits.

~ What You’ll Bring to the Senior / Property Accountant ~

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial property accounting.
• Proficiency in CAM reconciliations within a real estate setting.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Yardi Voyager.
