Starting Salary: Up to $16.00/hour About Wexford Ace Hardware:

Wexford Ace Hardware is a locally-owned family-run business. We have been a part of the Wexford community since 2007. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and carrying a wide range of products.

General Summary: The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for the monthly promotions of products, sales, and signage, to operate effectively in ways that are aligned to established the proper policies and procedures of Wexford Ace Hardware.

Requirements

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements: Customer Service • Project a positive representation of Wexford Ace Hardware. • Greet customers entering and throughout the store. • Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates. • Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously, and effectively. • Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance. • Continually build product knowledge base and assist customers with store layout and product location. • Assist in pricing, stocking, marking, and organizing of store product.

Minimum Requirements • High School or GED equivalent. • A commitment to service, excellence and customer satisfaction. • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance. • Continually build product knowledge base and assist customers with store layout and product location. Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for an extended period of time. • Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting.
