We are currently seeking an organized, professional and enthusiastic Promotions Coordinator to support our KPRZ/KCBQ radio staff.
Assist the Promotions and Marketing Department with special projects, internal promotions and station/community events
Assist in managing our social media pages, website and podcasting
Oversee our front office: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls to appropriate person or department.
Clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, mailing & data entry
Assist Business Manager with administrative and traffic duties; and Sales Team with special projects
Be available to work at various station and community events (sometimes on weekday evenings or weekends)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop skills is a plus!
Flexible, team-minded individual with strong organizational skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Comfortable with juggling multiple tasks and able to adapt to a changing environment
Excellent communication and people skills
Must have excellent driving record with valid California Driver License and proof of insurance.
