The Promotion Strategy Specialist will coordinate and perform ongoing tasks to support the Caesars iGaming team in developing and executing marketing strategies for multiple states & apps.

What You Will Doing:

The primary job of the Promotion Strategy Specialist is to ensure that the promotions and offers designed by leadership are executed in a timely and correct manner by:

• Assisting the Senior Director of Promotion Strategy in defining the promotional calendar.

• Drafting monthly calendars of iGaming marketing activities and offer matrices.

• Coordinating with analytics to develop proformas and update calendars/matrices to meet budget targets.

• Tracking inputs and feedback from other marketing functions on calendar plans.

• Managing workflows for each offer.

• Working with the iGaming execution team to ensure offers are built correctly.

• Coordinating with the CRM team to ensure appropriate messaging and timing of communications.

What You Will Need:

• Ability to support a complex job from start to finish with moderate guidance from management on framework and execution.

• Ensures jobs are consistently well-structured, logical and easy to understand for all parties.

• Creating marketing promotional packages as needed by partner vendors.

• Create and develop rules and regulations and submit to the regulatory bodies.

• Perform quality assurance on all promotional materials prior to launch of promotion.

• Draft value proposition and compelling copy as well as review and provide critical feedback on collateral.

• Track assigned jobs to ensure that the workflow is progressing, and the offer is dropped on time.

• Makes improvements to templates/processes and creates new tools and processes in support of business needs.

• Understanding of business acumen necessary to troubleshoot and solve problems with moderate guidance from supervisor.

• Successful candidates are vocal with ideas and not hesitant to present challenges to stakeholder partners, senior team, and their peer set. The candidate who will be successful is a good bridge builder and must successfully be able to present a vision and create advocates.

• All other duties as assigned.
