Project/Program Manager I

Job Title: Project/Program Manager I Job Description Join our Field Support team as one of the 5 Project/Program Managers to lead and support Operations Readiness Testing and Sorter Testing at our new launching sites.

You will be responsible for onsite testing, leading a team of 6-10 Operations Managers to ensure thorough testing of modules and processes. This role requires frequent regional travel, with an expectation to be on-site from Monday to Friday twice a month starting in May, potentially increasing to three times per month to support Q4 launches. Work Environment This is a fully traveling role where you will be required to fly to the site on Monday and return on Thursday or Friday, traveling three out of four weeks per month. The work schedule is typically from 8 AM to 4 PM. Initial weeks will include stand-up meetings as part of hands-on training, with daily check-ins and duties.
