Minimum Requirements:
- Five 5 to 10 years of experience working in pharmaceutical and medical devices industries.
- Education:
- Engineering
- Experiences in capital projects:
- Generation of the package of documents to request the funds.
- Presentation of the project for endorsement
- Experience Generation of Schedule in Microsoft Project
- Experience generating Scope of works and RFP's for:
- Design
- Construction
- Validations/Commissioning
Experience generating cost estimates for proposals and projects
- Experience generating cash flows and making cost projections (tools/software
- Experience generating procurement plan.
- Excellent skills when drafting documents.
- Experience in reading blueprints
- Experience evaluating changes to orders submitted by contractors.
- Experiences generating RFI logs & Submittals logs.
- Experience leading meetings with construction contractors
- Experiences generating minutes, identifying action items, and following up on closing these action items.
- Experiences using: Word, Power Point, Excel, Project, Primavera
- Experience generating presentations.
- Work with minimum supervision
- Office regular hours with flexibility to cover client or projects needs.
