Support TBA in leading and coordinating activities related to improving the client experience related to documentation.
Works cross functionally with TBA Sales, Product Management, Client Delivery, Operations and Legal to improve client documentation.
Acts as document/form owner for all TB documents not owned by Product Management.
Works with bank wide document owners to ensure documents meet the needs of TBA.
Partners with Product Management to bring consistent document standards to TBA Bank and Branch product documents.
Acts as project manager for review of existing documents for improvement.
Reviews all new and revised documents to ensure consistency in language and layout.
Maintains inventory of documents in use by TBA for treasury products for both MUFG Union Bank and MUFG Bank, Ltd.
Works with Client Delivery, Operations and Legal to ensure that document tracking and archiving is efficient and accurate.
Primary focus on accurate tracking of customized documents for large, complex client relationships.
Manages all new forms/document launches.
Bachelor's Degree Required
5- 7 years financial services experience with an emphasis and knowledge of cash management and treasury services
Project management experience required.
Established self-starter with results-oriented approach
Strong interpersonal skills with strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to garner respect and trust from staff, internal and external constituencies.
