The Paramount Administration team is recruiting for an Operations Project Coordinator. The Operations Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects in a multi-functional environment. This position reports to Vice President, Operations. No positions report to this position.

  • Communicate and engage with providers and provider groups on complex issues such as payment reform and quality.

  • Creates project plans with timelines, milestones and resources.

  • Analyzes and designs improved work systems, transaction flow, reconciliation and quality assurance processes and methods.

  • Performs and/or assists with the implementation of new systems and methods.

  • Documents procedures for new systems and methods.

  • Assists with implementation of process or reporting changes for regulatory reasons or special regulatory audits.

  • Assists with implementation or reconfiguration of process and reporting due to strategic initiatives or other reasons.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master degree preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience of project management or managing people and technology toward optimal processes is preferred.

  • Possess strong skills in planning, organization, and understanding of transaction flows, quality assurance processes and internal controls.

  • Must possess excellent communication, ability to build collaboration and cooperation, motivation, analytical, problem solving and project management skills.

  • Must influence stakeholders to change existing processes to maximize efficiencies.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to communicate on telephones, operate computers and general office equipment.
