The Paramount Administration team is recruiting for an Operations Project Coordinator. The Operations Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects in a multi-functional environment. This position reports to Vice President, Operations. No positions report to this position.
Communicate and engage with providers and provider groups on complex issues such as payment reform and quality.
Creates project plans with timelines, milestones and resources.
Analyzes and designs improved work systems, transaction flow, reconciliation and quality assurance processes and methods.
Performs and/or assists with the implementation of new systems and methods.
Documents procedures for new systems and methods.
Assists with implementation of process or reporting changes for regulatory reasons or special regulatory audits.
Assists with implementation or reconfiguration of process and reporting due to strategic initiatives or other reasons.
Bachelor's degree required; Master degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience of project management or managing people and technology toward optimal processes is preferred.
Possess strong skills in planning, organization, and understanding of transaction flows, quality assurance processes and internal controls.
Must possess excellent communication, ability to build collaboration and cooperation, motivation, analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
Must influence stakeholders to change existing processes to maximize efficiencies.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to communicate on telephones, operate computers and general office equipment.
