Raytheon IIS is seeking a Program Planner/Scheduler for the development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of IT and Cybersecurity-based project schedules, project documentation, and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The position will be an integral part of a small Program Management (PM) team to ensure the schedule/project plan (scope, cost, schedule and technical requirements are fully integrated) is executing as planned. Additionally the position will provide weekly and monthly planning metrics on schedule status, schedule risk assessments, critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, and network logic validation. The successful candidate will be an advocate in the discipline of classic PMBOK project planning principles and scheduling (both waterfall and Agile) and must be able to identify and recommend insightful mitigation plans. Strong facilitation skills and the ability to proactively communicate with all levels of management, the customer, and other stakeholders are required.

Required Skills:

  • Must have a current TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • Must have a familiarity with project management, project planning and scheduling

  • Must have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience

  • Demonstrated Microsoft Project experience (or similar project scheduling software)

  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Must have basic knowledge and fundamental understanding of IT and Cybersecurity (LANs, WANs, firewalls, routers, switches, virtual environments)

  • Experience working with, or an understanding of, Linux based programs; e.g. Red Hat

  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally at all levels of management.

  • Demonstrated, polished presentation skills that succinctly articulate complex ideas and concepts at executive levels of management

  • Focused on customer needs with a sense of urgency

  • Excellent follow through and persistence

  • The ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment

  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner in difficult situations

  • Ability to maintain high quality work to manage multiple critical projects

  • Ability to perform and participate in a team oriented environment

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of PMI PMBOK framework and common Project Management processes and procedures, Risk Management, and Earned Value Management

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in assisting Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and Project Teams (PT) in planning, scheduling, reporting, and cost estimating tasks

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification Must obtain either of these certificates within 6 months of starting

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience. Additional years of work experience may be substituted for a degree.

This position requires a U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.

The Medical Assistant position provides exceptional medical care that meets each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs. Provide administrative/clinical assistance to physicians/mid-level practitioners/nurses/patients while adhering to a prescribed treatment plan in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position is responsible for processing and following up on orders generated by providers. As a Surgery Scheduler, this position is responsible for scheduling all surgeries, obtaining prior authorization if needed, scheduling pre-op appointments, communicating all pertinent information to patients about their upcoming procedure, obtaining cardiac/pulmonary/hematology clearances. Also responsible for receiving a heavy incoming call load in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and returning all voicemails the same day. They are responsible for getting all surgery information to the appropriate parties, and maintaining the surgery schedule. This position will initiate the authorization for patient services. This positon is responsible for knowledge of insurance coverages, documentation of authorizations, and communicates status of authorizations to the practice staff. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
